Were can i start with this firm, we was in a really tricky situation where we had to get the work carried out as quickly as possible and as soon as possible. it was the off chance i came across LPM but the guys (Connor & Ryan) were first class in every aspect. first thing they did was gave me comfort and distress that i had nothing to worry about and all works would be complete within 10days. as they promised they works were completed within the 10 day period. They even took care of all purchases and made sure everything was tidy at the end of the shift, everything was very well planned out and everyone in the team was very hands on. Excellent service from LPM, Very efficient in contacting tenants and arranging for contractors to attend. The work has always been carried out to a high standard without us having to check it for each property. They are reliable and attend to emergency call out for our tenants too. They are like having our own in house maintenance company, they even provide photographs after the jobs have been completed complete with description of work carried out.
